Keri Poole Owner/Broker		I have specialized in REO/investment property for over 6 years. In the past 12 months alone, I have successfully closed over 200 REO's, making my brokerage the # 1 REO Real Estate Agency in Lake Havasu City. We are constantly flooded with buyers and investors looking to purchase property. I am also a member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA). In opening my own brokerage, I trained a team of individuals to assist our clients with managing REO's from CFK's to Escrow Follow-Up and everything in-between. We currently service Mohave and La Paz Counties; with an office in Lake Havasu City. Diane Bowlin Office Manager / Acct. Dept. Jocelyn Villa Acct. Tiffany Malloch Licensed Realtor Assistant		I'm Tiffany, and I have been with Platinum USA Real Estate since October 2008.  My role with Platinum USA is Office Supervisor and Contract/Escrow Coordinator.  Prior to working with Platinum USA I worked in the New Construction Industry for 5 years.   As Office Supervisor, I am responsible for the daily activities of our staff and making sure that our standard of care is met with any and all tasks that we are assigned from start to finish.  I personally handle the submission of all offers and addendums to our clients and follow them through to the close of escrow.  I work very closely with not only Asset Managers, but Buyer's Agents, vendors, and Escrow Officers as well.   I moved to Lake Havasu City 6 years ago from Ventura, CA.  I enjoy spending time with my family and my "tween" daughter, which keeps my schedule very full!  Our weekends are spent hanging out in the pool, sitting by the fire, and going to sushi.   Feel free to contact me by phone or email!  (928) 854-5505    Tiffany@PlatinumUSARealty.com
Ashley Schmiedeknecht Realtor Assistant		My name is Ashley and I am a Realtor Assistant in the marketing department.  I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and I have a young daughter named Taylor.   The Marketing Department assists in a variety of areas.  Some of our responsibilities include: code violations, HOA info, CCNR´s, sewer balances or any other pertinent info that could affect the marketing of the asset.  We also assist our client in working with prior owners/tenants on CFK's.  Another part of our job is working with Keri in completing the necessary reports needed to market properties effectively.  Within my department, I also input the MLS listings and price changes for assets.  Kristen and I work together as a team to keep up on all tasks assigned to us.  To sum it up, our Marketing Department handles the "guts" of an REO.   There is never a dull moment working with Platinum USA Real Estate, and I learn something new every day! Kristen Moissiy Realtor Assistant		Hi. My name is Kristen and I am originally from San Francisco, CA. I moved to Lake Havasu City in 2009. With the many off-roading and recreational areas close by, and the lake in the summer time, I have since grown to love the beautiful Lake Havasu.   I joined the team here at Platinum USA Real Estate in November of 2009. As a Realtor Assistant, I work closely with Ashley in the Marketing Department in reviewing properties and their histories, collecting property information for listings, and researching current market trends to assist Keri in data entry in the weekly and monthly reports. We also help negotiate terms for Cash for Keys Relocation Assistance programs and deal with code enforcement and HOA fees.    Being a part of the Platinum USA Team is such a rewarding, exciting and challenging experience.
