In the past 12 months alone, I have successfully closed over 200 REO's, making my brokerage the # 1 REO Real Estate Agency in Lake Havasu City. We are constantly flooded with buyers and investors looking to purchase property. I am also the only member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA) in Mohave County.
In opening my own brokerage, I trained a team of individuals to assist our clients with managing REO's from CFK's to Escrow Follow-Up and everything in-between. I have lived in Lake Havasu City for 14 years and enjoy the small town environment of our community. There are many outdoor activities that are enjoyable in Havasu. My favorites are going to the dog parks with my two cocker spaniels, going on boat rides and taking nature walks. I also love to travel and spend time with my 5 beautiful grandchildren.
Since coming to Platinum USA Real Estate in 2005, I have been the Office Manager and Accounting Department Manager. Jocelyn also works in the Accounting Department with me. In my department, we oversee the day to day operations of the office with the help of the department supervisor, Tiffany. I am responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting needs of Platinum. Some of these responsibilities include: REO reimbursements, agent commission disbursement, employee and vendor payroll, tax reports, and general office activities.

I'm Jocelyn, Accounting Specialist for Platinum USA Real Estate. I have been a member of the Platinum USA team since February of 2008. Some of my job responsibilities are supervising the various departments for productivity, efficiency, and tasks being completed in a timely manner. I also am in charge of submitting all REO invoices for reimbursement, supervising the work that is being completed and screening and hiring new vendors.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends when I am not busy working. I have a wonderful husband and 3 children who excel in school and extracurricular activities. I fully love what I do and the challenges it presents.

I'm Tiffany, and I have been with Platinum USA Real Estate since October 2008. My role with Platinum USA is Office Supervisor and Contract/Escrow Coordinator. Prior to working with Platinum USA I worked in the New Construction Industry for 5 years.
As Office Supervisor, I am responsible for the daily activities of our staff and making sure that our standard of care is met with any and all tasks that we are assigned from start to finish. I personally handle the submission of all offers and addendums to our clients and follow them through to the close of escrow. I work very closely with not only Asset Managers, but Buyer's Agents, vendors, and Escrow Officers as well.
I moved to Lake Havasu City 6 years ago from Ventura, CA. I enjoy spending time with my family and my "tween" daughter, which keeps my schedule very full! Our weekends are spent hanging out in the pool, sitting by the fire, and going to sushi.
My name is Ashley and I am a Realtor Assistant in the marketing department. I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and I have a young daughter named Taylor.
The Marketing Department assists in a variety of areas. Some of our responsibilities include: code violations, HOA info, CCNR´s, sewer balances or any other pertinent info that could affect the marketing of the asset. We also assist our client in working with prior owners/tenants on CFK's. Another part of our job is working with Keri in completing the necessary reports needed to market properties effectively. Within my department, I also input the MLS listings and price changes for assets. Kristen and I work together as a team to keep up on all tasks assigned to us. To sum it up, our Marketing Department handles the "guts" of an REO.
